I currently have a Corolla and love it except that it veers to the right, and that can't be fixed
 So I'm leaning away from another Corolla because
that issue drives me crazy!!

I have a Honda Civic and adore it. It's not necessarily "cool" but Hondas are such good, reliable, and affordable cars. Mine is about to be 10
years old and I've only had to replace one part. It cost less than $200. I definitely recommend getting a Honda!
ETA: They also have an excellent resale value! My step mom has a Toyota and it has had a shit ton of problems and has a quarter of the resale value of mine.

I used to have a Honda CR-V EX and I LOVED IT.
 Had to sell it to my mom when I moved though cuz I don't need a car anymore. Still my favorite to
drive when I go home though.

2002 Cavalier and I like it. I drove my mom's old Honda Accord before that. It was 14 years old and got great gas mileage. I'd definitely recommend a
Honda.
