My sister/mom/boyfriend usualy take care of this so I am not sure, how much am I supposed to tip on a bichon groom? I think it's about $40 for the groom..

I tip $15. But it costs $65 to get him done and he's crazy furry, scruffy, hard to groom.
If he cost $40 I'd probably tip $10. |

My dog gets groomed at Petsmart and it's $70. I tip $10. I used to not tip that much, but my dog really likes the girl that shaves her so I feel like I
should be nice to her.
