What are my options? Master Cleanse, which I'd have to go to the grocery store for...or I have this De-Tox tea, or I could go to GNC and get something. I
need to drop seriously, 5 lbs. by Saturday.

Is "cleanse" just a euphemism for laxative?

I can't believe people actually do this.

5 lbs is not worth fucking up your metabolism.

your body has a natrual elimination process. "cleansing diets" are terrible for you. Short term they may seem like a good idea but they have long
reaching consequences.

Well damn...I drink a lot of soda (like 2-3 a day) so I'm cutting that out. And anything salty, fattening. I just wanted to drop some extra lbs.

Yvette, it's my birthday party. And I bought a super cute dress, but I feel like I look fat up top. Like it's tight around my boobs and I feel like the
fat flows over. I'll show you a pic.

That's cute! I want to invade your closet and take half of your clothes though.

No problem. Its more natural than taking weird laxitives and such.

But I do have friends that have done it. I'm not trying to be totally unhealthy about it.
