I don't wanna risk getting denied by leaving any medical history out. In one of the categories, tonsillitis and strep throat were mentioned so I said I had those. But they want like dates, treatment, etc. It was years and years ago so how am I supposed to remember? Am I supposed to get a copy of my medical records for this? I was on a family plan through Aetna, but I graduated so I just need my own. Is there a way to make this simpler since they have all my info already? Or is that a stupid assumption?
