Correct me If I'm wrong (and I'm sure you willI have no idea if you're wrong or right. People claim that publicists pay for their clients to get magazine covers, get their name on "hot" lists, get the paparazzi to follow them, get their singles played on the radio, etc. I have no idea if that's true or not. If it is true, I'm sure that Jessica's publicist isn't the only one who does that for his/her clients. |

Is Marilyn Monroe remembered because she was one helluva actress? NO. She's remembered because she was sexy as hell. That's the mark she made and left
behind. The same will be said about Farah Fawcett.
Jessica just hasn't done that. I'm sorry. And I'm totally indifferent to Justin so I could give 2 shits about Jessica's role in his life. Her role in the movie business though is negligible at best. Sure she plays a staring role in Maxim , but the list of today's actresses who will be
remembered tomorrow for their sex appeal doesn't yet have her name on it. Once she gets to the ranks (in sexiness at least) of Angelina, Halle or even
Scarlett, then she can claim she's made any kind of mark at all. She's just not there yet.
And Maxim never made or broke anyone, so can you all please stop acting like it's some kind of gold standard or a measure of anything substantial. It's not. It's just a step above being a porno mag.

Not all actresses end up in the top ten of those Maxim lists and other lists like that on a regular basis. Jessica does. I'm sure that's what she was referring to.That sure sounds like someone thinks making the top of the Maxim list is a GOOD thing, because "not all actresses" do
