I do plie squats and lateral step ups for inner thighs. Also, if you have access to angled leg press, then try this variation: put your feet in V shape at the
top of the plate, then press down. This targets inner thigh much more than regular leg press.

Squats and lunges! They will target your inner thighs like crazy! Also, I use the adductor machines at my gym. One has you lift weights with your legs going
out, the other makes your legs go in. I've been doing those for over a year and have seen a HUGE change in my thighs. I hope this helps!

Running, walking, squats, lunges...I also use my resistance cord for that. I stand on it and pull it tight then walk side to side, kick back and kick out to
the side.
