Boston Market turkey, corn, and dill potatoes? Keeping in mind my side choices USED to be mac & cheese and mashed potatoes or stuffing.
So how bad is this meal I just scarfed down?

In terms of being healthy, I'm guessing this is one of the worst choices, because I loved every bit of it.

Actually, you did a good job! 180 calories for turkey, 170 for the corn, and 140 for the potatoes.
Mashed potatoes are 270 and mac & cheese is 300 calories. calorieking.com |

But isn't corn like the worst vegetable to eat because it is full of sugar or something?

I'm not doing Weight Watchers but I calculated it and the meal was 9 points. That's decent, I hope!
Next time I'm going to tell them to keep the cornbread because it's currently sitting in a bag on the counter and I want it so bad. |

Corn is starchy but it's still a vegetable and has fiber and vitamins!

Both veggies contain large amounts of natural sugar plus one is high starch. You consumed no fiber whatsoever, so even though you didn't have the cheese of
yesteryear...still not the best meal healthwise.

Oh good! Because really, corn and potatoes are seriously the only vegetables I like. Everything that is really good for you makes me gag from the smell. Green
beans, broccoli, etc.

Corn is my favorite vegetable, but I can't imagine it's overly healthy, considering...I don't have to say it do I?

If you ate the entire dinner portion they prepared...pretty bad.

I found them, but thanks!
And that's my new favorite website, too.
