i really want to go, except i can't find anyone to do my presale for me. i'm crossing my fingers that the girl i'm going with won't be working because i can't wait until the public sale. i'm doing the fc since it paid off last time.

If you don't mind me asking. How did they do the FC presale last time? Like was a code emailed to you BEFORE the start of the presale or did they do it like JB does which is really stupid IMO and make you go to the FC website to pick up your code when the presale starts which equals FC website crashing every single time. Also where were your seats that you got through the FC?

That's what I told her! Plus the hotel and the train station are only 2 blocks from the venue. She's worried about me walking back to the hotel after the show late at night. There will be what 20,000 people emptying that venue, as long as I leave right away, I can almost guarantee SOMEONE else will be walking to that hotel, if not the hotel, a parking garage near it. I'll just try to stay close to another group.

But yea, I'm debating what to do. I NEED to know how much ILAA will be and when it will go onsale. ILAA pretty much guarantees a seat in the first 5 rows, but if all you get is a lame preshow party and your ticket, I don't know if I can justify spending 4-500 on that. If I'm not meeting her then I'll save myself 300+ dollars and just buy a single ticket for Penn State and hopefully, get a decent single ticket.

IF I can even go to those shows. I emailed my advisor asking when our conference was in South Carolina. The more I think about it I'm almost positive it is November 5-8th.

Edit: I just checked my email and my advisor told me the conference was November 7-11th 2009. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

Ok, I'm only a trial member so I submitted a support ticket asking to be converted to a full member in time for the presale. They said it may take 48-72 hours for them to see my ticket tho. So, if my account still isn't full by Monday morning then I'll just create a new one and then mad dog them and complain that they deactivate my first one since in the ticket I told them it HAD to be converted to full BEFORE the presale.

Welp I figure I'll try the fanclub first. Since I'm going solo, I should have a pretty decent shot at pulling something good.
