This place has TONS and you can make your own. I think it has free wallpapers and other aps too, but it won't work with some phones so you might want to
check for yours before signing up. Its totally free though.

i love phonezoo.com i used to love myxer but phonezoo is a lot better w/ their content that is already uploaded. still compeltely free.
