I make something similar to that, called cookies and cream. I do it with vanilla cake mix so you can really see the Oreo chunks after it's baked and I use
milk instead of water. Yummy.

Do you put a full oreo cookie at the bottom or just half of the cookie? It looks like half of a cookie in the picture?
