cooking. I don't have a stove, just a microwave at the hotel I'm staying. Will be here for 6 weeks, and don't have a car. My only transportation is

do you have a refrigerator too? I used to pick up some frozen dinners when I didn't want to eat out every meal. Or grab some salad fixings.

I make a lot of assembly food. Look for recipes where you can buy most of the ingredients pre-cooked. Salads, sandwiches, wraps, and the like are good.
I LOVE this Waldorf Chicken Salad from Ellie Krieger. You can buy rotisserie chicken or grilled chicken from the store so you don't have to actually cook anything.
It's amazing on greens or on a sandwich. You can just make it in one of those Ziploc tupperware containers and eat off of it for a day or two. |
