I think you're taking it far too literal. I don't have a problem with it being on MONEY and only MONEY. It's the principal of the matter and the fact that there's suppose to be separation of church and state. It doesn't matter what it's written on, it's the fact that it's written on and part of a pledge that everyone in the nation uses and says/had said. And of course money is being used as an argument...what other things have god written on it that we use on a daily basis as a collective society?

I am not quite sure but isn't it said fairly often in public schools?

Now on these other things, I get that too...I just think it's a matter of picking battles. I don't think any side that's of the fanatical sort (those Christians and those atheists or those who are anti-religion) is going to get anywhere with the masses by being rabid about it. Still, I don't see eliminating God from documents and currency as being possibility in the near future.

I understand what you're saying (and I actually agree with you, to an extent), but you can't keep using 'It's such a small thing, money is. Why worry about it?' as a reason to NOT fix it.

If we use 'Eh, I won't bother with that small thing, because there are so many bigger things to worry about.' as a reason to not change things, hell, we'll never fix anything in our society.
