Fox is going to go to 15 minutes of programming? Why not just interview drivers?! Fans love that crap, it is the best part of rain delays!

This is gonna be a long night if they are going to race this entire thing. I bet they go half way and then it'll rain and they'll call it.
Mikayla Ragovin |
I hope not, I hope they race the whole race.
FSCgrl83 |

It is raining again there. *sighs*

They can't race with puddles as the track...

Isn't it raining tommorow? Nascar should do rain tires, that pisses me off, they should have domes. lol

They can't have domes with the car fumes...
The rain is suppose to start tomorrow around 1sh... I don't get why they don't start earlier in the morning. |
Mikayla Ragovin |

I know right. Its going to rain tomorrow too.

They should start at 10, they'll probably won't get a full race in tomorrow too.
I wanted the night race. |

Man, that sucks. I wanted a night race, especially since there won't be one again for a while. But the weather is suppose to be bad tomorrow to, so who
knows when they'll get in it. They better run the whole race, though, none of that calling a race in the middle crap. They already messed Daytona up this
year, they don't need to mess this one up to.

Just a thought, but all the races should be night races. They're more exciting.

Couldn't they do like a dome that covers the track part and the infield is like open?
RKKanhai |

I don't think with safety, noise and pollution of the cars they can race with any dome.
But what they can do is something like the Skydome in Toronto. When it rains they flip the switch and the field is covered. If it rains like last night, park the cars so there's no noise/fumes and flip a switch to cover the track so it doesn't get wet. You can't race but the track is dry. When it stops they lift the cover. It might only work at the small tracks though like Bristol/Martinsville which doesn't take long to dry anyways. |
