Kris needed it more than Adam, who will get a deal regardless.
Then again, Kris might not have a great career as winning doesn't equal lifetime success.

No, I think Adam was robbed. But, that being said, Kris needed to win Idol in order to have a substantial career. Adam will be just fine on his own

 Last performance I saw of Adam's was that 'Ring of Fire' that everyone hated but I loved it. lol

I didn't really care who won since I can see both of them being hugely famous and great artists. Either one would have deserved the win. Before they
announced the winner, my mother said, "Adam is going to be too outdone when he doesn't win." She never watches AI and could tell from all the
Adam pimping they were doing that he wasn't going to win.

I was Kris fan - so yes! However, I am SO interested to see what kind of album Adam comes out with. As an Adam hater I must say, I will be the first in line
for that CD.

Yes. I'm glad Kris won because I felt like the judges were writing him off throughout the season, it was vindication. It was nice having an underdog win. I
had a feeling during the top 13 that he would probably go all the way, but I never understood why the judges seemed to dismiss him in a lot (especially Simon)
in favor of some of the other contestants when he's been very consistent.
