I'd figured I would get a quicker response here. Anyways, if on the ticket it states that you have Floor with a specific section and seat, would you have
to sit there or is it first come, first serve basis?

Yes, you'd have to sit in that assigned section, row, and seat unless the concert had the floor as general admission...but since they specified all that on
the ticket, it probably isn't GA.
