Posts: 24151 05/18/2009 5:03 PM	I was pulling into a pump while he was parked in front of the store, and he backed up into my car. left a huge dent. the part over the tire dug into it so we spent 30 minutes trying to fix it so I could drive. we didn't get the license plate but the cops got a copy of the video showing what happened. motherfucker. .

Posts: 24151 05/18/2009 6:08 PM	the cashier came out and told me since it was on private property they wouldn't give him a ticket if they found him, or something. I didn't understand most of what she said. when it happened I stopped cause my bf was freaking out like he was about to punch the guy, then he pulled back into his parking space and I pulled up to the pump then he left. I thought he was gonna get out and talk but nope.

I would think that with it being on private property or not, a hit and run would still be a misdomeaner. I actually hit a parked car in the parking lot at my apartment building 12 years ago and got put probation for a year for a hit and run.
