I think Walter stealing the "other Peter" is what causes things to get all screwy and for these "portals" to open up more to cross to the other side..kind of like the Butterfly Effect and how even changing one simple thing can impact the future a great deal. Can't wait to get this season on DVD so I can rewatch it all. |

The real Peter from this reality died when he was 7. Walter opened a hole to the other reality (the one Olivia was breaking into a few episodes back and where
William Bell is now) and took THAT Peter and brought him here because the pain was too bad, I guess. Obviously he didn't care what kind of pain he caused
the other Walter from the other reality.

Yeah our Walter probably didn't much factor in that he was stealing AU-Walter's son so I really feel like that is going to play a big role in
everything. I wouldn't be surprised if AU-Walter has wanted to get AU-Peter back.
I had a feeling this Peter wasn't the original Peter for a while now, most people over on the fringe-forum concluded that as well, although many thought he was a clone, I had a feeling he was from somewhere else. |

Someone on TVGuide.com said they thought that AU-Walter was the leader of the ZFT terrorists, rather than William Bell. Hmmmm.

That could very well be it. I wouldn't be surprised. There is something going on over in the AU and Walter/Peter play a much larger role in it than has
been let on. Bell might be trying to stop AU-Walter which is why he always over in the AU. hmmm

And something that has bothered me that I only noticed these last two episodes. Peter has called Olivia "Dunham" twice now. I don't recall him
ever calling her anything but Olivia from the get go, except maybe when they first met he called her "Agent Dunham." Little character inconsistencies
like that bug me.
She was running after Jones toward the portal, and Peter yelled at her in concern, "Dunham!!" I just found it laughable.

Yeah it is weird, but maybe it's just like he feels like he's really part of the FBI now and everyone uses last names...
Also they never touched on what;s up with Liv's sister at the end either..I want to know what her role in everything is..if it was even significant. Have to wait for next season for that! |

I get the feeling that her sister is younger, and she may not have even been born when the Cortexifan trials were done. (I do wonder if Olivia's niece is
"special.") Maybe we'll hear about how her divorce is going, although she may have moved out of Olivia's place; I remember her saying she
went apartment hunting, but that was before her hubby filed for divorce and custody of their daughter.
I want to know about Olivia's parents. What do they know about allowing the trials? What did they think they were getting into? Early reports also indicated that we were going to hear something else about Olivia's mom's boyfriend that she shot when she was young, the one who sends her a card every year on her birthday. But I guess that got scrapped for this season. |
