I can't believe they managed to keep that ending under wraps.

I literally gasped when George did the 007 and was crying my face off the second Izzie stepped into the elevator. I thought it was going to be Denny on the other side because of her dress, but it was George! Oh man, I can't believe it.

I read somewhere that it was supposed to be Denny and Izzie walking out of the hospital hand in hand. It was really sad to see George in his army attire.

I predict that Katherine Heigl will get an award for her reaction when she learns about George's death and how she didn't get to say goodbye to him and how everyone didn't listen to her. I think that is how it will be too because her face at the end let me know that the elevator doors where about to close and she was gonna come back to life.

They are happy. I thought I would be Pissed if they didnt get married tonight but im actually ok with it.

Derek says they're married and they both told Owen they got married. So in Shonda's head they're married. Which is ridiculous.
