I don't mind a little cliffhanger, but if it is anything like PP's season finale, I'll be spitting fire!!!!! In the first part, entitled "Here's to the Future" (9:00-10:00 p.m.), Izzie spends time with a fellow cancer patient and contemplates whether or not to undergo a risky surgery, as Mark is ready to take his relationship with Lexie to the next level and a patient makes Owen reassess his place at Seattle Grace. In the second part, "Now or Never" (10:00-11:00 p.m.), George delivers stunning news to Bailey, sending shockwaves throughout the hospital, and Izzie's friends anxiously await her recovery from surgery. Meanwhile Bailey is surprisingly displeased after being accepted into the pediatric fellowship program, and the victim of a near-fatal traffic accident brings the talents of Seattle Grace's doctors together. I will be spitting fire along with you! I want a MerDer wedding.. or at least a freaking marriage or I will be a little Irrate. Shonda has said the MerDer fans will be happy by the end of the season so I better get it.. lol

Izzie has taken over everything on the show, it's all about her. KH's attacking of the writers worked, may be the other actors should do it.

PEACE THE FUCK OUT, T.R.!!!) 2. Izzie gets the surgery, which obviously has complications, but Derek pulls through in the end. The final shot of the season will be her opening her eyes and everyone waiting to see if she lost her memory. And Shonda makes all of us wait until the fall to see if Izzie/Katherine Heigl will stay on the show.

And Shonda makes all of us wait until the fall to see if Izzie/Katherine Heigl will stay on the show. 1) : ITA!!! 2) : I probably could not live with that because then it would take all of Season 6 for her to remember people, if she did lose her memory; or it would take all of Season 6 for her to recover, etc. Now, if it ends with her going into cardiac arrest or some ish like that (with the screen showing only the heart monitor and then fading out) and then we return next season to a funeral.............I am all for it!!!! I have seriously had my share of KH this season to last me a lifetime. But of course we know all has to be well in the land of Izzie/Alex, so......oh well! It is good to dream though, lol.

Spoiler [+] on ET they said that even Katherine doesn't know if she's staying with the show or not, as in she doesn't know if Izzie stays alive... meaning WE will have to wait for Septembre to know her fate!!!
