Just go to the Magnificent Mile. It's got tons of shops.

Watertower Place and there's another one I can't think of but trying to find the name. They're both on Michigan Ave.
edit: I think it's 900 North Michigan that I'm thinking of.

And there are stores EVERYWHERE even outside of Watertower. Personally, I don't think Watertower is all that great. There are stores in Nordstrom... all
over State St. Basically...there are just stores everywhere on the Mag Mile like someone said. lol

The stores on State Street are boring and you have your typical food stop. Subway, Pizzahut, Starbucks... So Watertower ftw for me.

I prefer the little shops off the Mile. Lincoln Park and Wrigleyville have some fun little places. If you are feeling fiesty, though, go to North Halstead.
