Is your battery TERRIBLE? I had mine on the charger so it was fully charged before bed. I took it off, sent 2 text messages and woke up this morning and the
entire phone was just off because the battery completely died. WTF? I just got it a few days ago so I'm still learning the ins and outs of the phone, but
that can't be right. Should I just go in and ask for a replacement battery or what?

Okay, I don't have a Storm, but I DO have a Blackberry with Verizon, and my battery has been dying hella quick lately. Mine, however, is because it's
been searching for better service. I don't know what Verizon is doing to their network, but I've never had problems inside my house before, and now I
have to search for a place to put it so that it isn't constantly searching for signal.
Do you think it might be that, or is it really the battery? If it really is the battery, you can go in they're usually really good about taking care of it on the spot. |

I don't have that phone but I was told once when I purchased a cell phone that never allow it to charge all night due to the fact some will kill the battery. I have an alert and I'm sure most have that lets me know when the phone is fully charge and I immediately unplug it after being told that. Not sure how true it is but you may can take it back to where you purchased it and get a new battery for it. |

This is my first time having a blackberry and I'm slowly learning all the features. However, I will have a full charge, have the phone with me for like 2
hours with minimal use and the battery will be 3 bars down. So frustrating.
Funny that you mention searching for service though because my boyfriend and I weren't due for phones until mid-May but he couldn't do ANYTHING on his phone because it CONSTANTLY said it was searching for service. They tried to do all sorts of stuff to it but couldn't come up with anything. |

The first time or 2 I charged my phone it seemed to do that, but now I don't have a problem with it. The charge lasts for a normal amount of time now,
based on how much I use it.
