When I'm being good, I warm up with 5 minutes fast walking on the treadmill or on the elliptical, 5-10 minutes of stretching, 30-40 mins of resistance
training, 30-60 mins of cardio (elliptical, treadmill, bike, and/or stairmaster), and 5-10 minutes of stretching. That's my ideal workout, I do it about 3
times a week. Other days, I have to take out the resistance or shorten the cardio depending on how sore/tired I am or how much time I have. Do you have a
favorite resistance machine?
