Buying a house is the most stressful thing I've ever done.

I'm in the process of buying a house right now. They accepted the offer, and we're working out the details of when the seller will want to move out
because the seller wants to rent back for 2 months while he waits for his new house to be built. I don't find it stressful at all.

This is the only picture from the website. We would still need to do inspections, obviously. So if something is majorly wrong with the house other than the
updating that needs done, we would walk away.

Its got an acre of land with a little bit of it wooded. The garage is huge (its the building to the left in the back) and is also heated. There is a pool, hot
tub and huge deck in the back.
Its definitely everything we are looking for. My boyfriend is into dirt bikes and stuff so theres plenty of room for that. Its perfect for us and the work that needs done is nothing compared to some of the houses we have looked at. |

The land alone is worth it. You could knock the house down and build on that if you wanted! A POOL AAAAND HOT TUB?! Well color me jealous. How long have you
been dating?

What sucks the most is we're not even really in the process right now. If our offer gets accepted, then I'll freak out. I just hope we aren't in
over our heads with this |

What I love the most is the land and the layout of the backyard. We even saw a fox when we were doing the walk through! It was so cool..lol

Do you have a picture of the backyard? I really want a deck and a pool, and enough land to have a playplace thing for the baby (when he's old enough)

I don't have any of the back, I just got that one pic off of the website.
As of right now, the house will be in my name. He obviously is going to help with bills and all that but this is a bigger commitment than getting married, in my opinion. |

Tell me you're not getting a 30 year loan on a $21,000 house.

My sister n law and her boyfriend bought a house and put both their names on it. Lo and behold, they broke up and both wanted the house.

I don't know what I'm doing with the loan part yet. There are several ones I can select but that was the lowest payment one, obviously.

I've actually only had one other boyfriend for 3 years, not that my relationships have anything to do with buying a house.
This is my first time buying so I really don't know what to expect, ask and get regarding loans. I'm not good with that kind of stuff

The best part about this is our payment will only be like $103 a month, plus utilities and all that but
still..its a great deal.
