Right click icon in dock > Icon Settings

And then, to the left, under "Icons" your icon folder should show up and all of its contents will show up when you click on it.

And to free up the bottom of the screen, you'll have to right-click on the task-bar > properties > Auto-Hide the taskbar (this way, if you want, if you point your arrow to the bottom left of the screen, your task-bar and menu will come up). And then in your Rocketdock Settings > Position > "Screen Position" > "Bottom"! I think that's what you mean. It might take a little getting used to from Objectdock, but once you do get used to it, it's great. Plus you can download a crapload of different backgrounds/skins from the Rocketdock site!

And yeah, you can put a start-menu on there by linking your Start Menu folder there. Rocketdock has docklets and folders you can download, so the Start Menu could come up something like this: or
