I'm a huge fan on Justin, I love him as a performer he's super talented but c'mon JT...you can't say on the stage of the VMA'S "play
more videos MTV, we don't wanna see more realities..blah blah" and then produce a show with them. If he hadn't said that I wouldn't mind him
producing a show, would actually watch it, I just hate that he's been so hypocritical, how he can say something and then sell his shit. I still think
he's talented but really let me down. Am I the only one who was bothered with this ?? probably yes lol

among the justin fans. i understand that you have a right to your own opinion, but i just don't think that this opinion will be received well in this

I'm not sure I would call producing a show on MTV hypocritical simply because he wanted MTV to show more music videos, but I see your point.
He said he thought they should play more videos, not that they should only play videos. Do you really think he should have turned down the opportunity to have MTV air the show he wanted to produce because he thinks they should be focusing on music more? What if MTV was the only network that would buy his show? I just don't think it's that big of a deal when a celebrity changes their minds, but you're certainly entitled to your opinion. |

it doesnt really bother me. I have more of the if you cant beat them, might as well join them attitude though.
mtv probably wont ever get back to the video playing like it used to- so whatever. Although I really would have hoped that if Justin was doing any kind of show it would involve music in some way, i'll still prolly catch at least the first episode. |

something about human simpsons..." so that to me implied that he'd prefered more shows about videos and not other theme. So when he goes and produced
a show that has nothing to do with music it bugs me a little. I'm not saying he shouldn't or that he's wrong, I'm just saying I found it
hypocritical.

It's a game show not a show like the Hills. I think he's more bothered by those type of shows. Plus he just wanted MTV to play more video's and
music. I see nothing wrong with him executive producing a show whether it's for MTV or one of the networks. Who cares. He can't force MTV to play more
music but that dosen't mean he can't work on a show for them.

I agree with the OP. I just wanna say put the game shows on the game show network and the reality shows on the reality tv channel. It makes me sad that BET is
now trying to copy MTV now by playing less music.

I can't believe people take everything he says THAT seriously lol It's not liked he lied about finding a cure for cancer or something lol I can see how it seems a bit hypocritical sure, but is it really that big of a deal? He made some half-serous comment about lame TV shows and apparently changed his mind. It happens, I don't think anyone can say they haven't acted a bit bias or hypocritical at some point in their life either. He's not always going to do 'the right thing' whatever you might think that is. But really, it's some game show on MTV, big freakin' whoop. lol They are NEVER gonna play more music. lol Live with it, even Animal Planet, Discovery Channel and Food Network even are moving towards the reality trend. Finding it annoying, OK but I'm not really seeing how anyone could possibly be like..seriously upset about something this lol But hey, your opinion , that's cool lol

I don't think he was making a big heartfelt statement as much as teasing MTV. He often says things that he's kidding about and people take the wrong way if they don't realize he's like that. He probably forgot that he said that anyway. |
