An over three hour slow speed chase that began in North Hollywood and made its way through the LA area is currently at a standstill one block away from where it all started.
Rumors were flying around that this could be Chris Brown because the suspect was said to have assaulted his girlfriend this evening, is driving a window tinted white-colored Bentley with Illinois license plates and its the night after Chris Brown's alleged incident with Rihanna. However, LAPD's North Hollywood Division told KNBC and KTLA that the suspect is not a high profile celebrity.
The chase began shortly before 8 p.m. on Lankershim Blvd. and made its way through the Southbay, downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood before exiting the 101 Freeway where the Bentley stopped and opened the trunk around 11:15 p.m. A woman on the sidewalk walked up the car and tried to talk to the suspect possibly trying to open the door, but it is unknown who she was or if she was the girlfriend. She walked away and is probably with police.
