I've done the Grammys red carpet once a few years ago and they were real strict with the no cameras even your phone you couldn't. But I hope you find

I applied through seatfillersandmore.com. They had a red carpet list and a show list. I figured I had better chances if I went for the red carpet (you're
not allowed to apply for both) and I was right!

thought people just showed up and camped out and watched. And I had no idea that they didn't allow cameras for the people sitting outside watching. That
sucks.
