Maybe I'm just stupid.. but I cannot keep the freaking ball to stay on!! It always pops up. it won't screw completely on to where it won't twist anymore.. i can twist it around 50 times and it will not 'lock'.

How the hell do you keep the ball from coming off

I can't even eat! Is it just a cheap bar or what?

I always get mine twisted when I change it. They have a tool to twist it so the ball can't fall.

Just twist it as tight as you can. And if you keep having issues - try using something to hold the post still while you twist it on [I used to just use my tongue to push it up against my lip and that worked fine..]

Or buy a bioplast stud and then the ball just pops in.. I've had bioplast for like 2yrs now

I've had my same stud in for like 2 years. I "locked" it and now it won't come off.

I'ma get a lotta shit for this but I didn't go to a parlor. My friend used to pierce, and she doesn't work anywhere right now, so I let her peirce me. We just bought sterile needles and a new ring for it and were done.

But the weird thing is it isn't the jewelry! the first ring i had the ball fell off when I was driving, and I had to run and buy a new one real quick to replace it and I have the same problem!

Are they the same brand? When I had my tongue pierced the best ring I found for it was at FYE or whatever that music store is. The ones at Hot Topic suck ass.

No, the first was metal and this one is plastic.

a Good brand recommendation would be nice! One I know will screw on properly.

Tomorrow at work it's going to fall off and I won't be able to find it.. I just know it. Or it'll fall off in my sleep and heal over.
