Here is another article that comes with a picture. It goes into a little bit more detail.
Justin Timberlake Wasn't Afraid of Madonna photo_caption JT shows Katie around on a golf course (Courtesy of CBS) It's one thing to be a superstar musician with millions of fans, but to make people laugh every time you appear on a show with a full cast of comedians is no easy feat. Unless you're Justin Timberlake, that is. Justin sat down with Katie Couric and weighed in on his most recent hit Saturday Night Live skit, in which he plays a dancer in Beyonce's "Single Ladies" video. "Put a grown man in a leotard and that's just already funny," he tells Katie in the interview, airing Feb. 4 at 9 on CBS as part of the news anchor's All Access Grammy Special. "[After that] we couldn't go anywhere but up." Justin has already won six Grammy's, and is nominated this year for "Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals" for his performance on Madonna's hit "4 Minutes featuring Justin Timberlake and Timbaland." Of his burly co-collaborator, Justin says they share "a musical kinship." "We have a crazy chemistry in the studio. [We're] like two painters. Somebody slaps a color on a canvas and the other one starts working with it," he says. Even though he's a big star in his own right, working with Madonna must have been scary, right? JT says he was humbled to be working with the queen of pop, but that "she's short, so I wasn't afraid at all." Click here |

Timberlake's Funny Take On Men In Leotards
NEW YORK, Jan. 28, 2009
(CBS) Grammy-award-winning singer Justin Timberlake proves that not only does he have a great set of pipes, but he is also quite the comedian with hilarious "Saturday Night Live" skits to boot. The multi-talented star dished on the making of his popular "SNL" skits, in an interview with CBS News anchor Katie Couric for the upcoming Pre-Grammy Special, "KATIE COURIC'S 'ALL ACCESS' GRAMMY SPECIAL," which airs on Wednesday, Feb. 4 (9-10 p.m. ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. "Put a grown man in a leotard and that's just already funny," he told Couric regarding a recent sketch in which he portrayed a dancer auditioning for Beyonce's "Single Ladies" video. "(After that) we couldn't go anywhere but up." Couric gets up close and personal with Timberlake on the golf course as he helps her with her golf swing. Looking stylish and hip as always, Timberlake showed off some of the latest designs from his William Rast clothing line. The six-time Grammy Award-winner is nominated for "Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals" for his performance on Madonna's hit "4 Minutes." Timberlake co-wrote and co-produced the track with Timbaland - a longtime friend with whom he shares, "a musical kinship." "We have a crazy chemistry in the studio. (We're) like two painters. Somebody slaps a color on a canvas and the other one starts working with it," he told Couric. While the collaboration with the soulful and gifted queen of pop was humbling, he was not intimidated. "She's short, so I wasn't afraid at all," he joked. Truthfully, Timberlake reflects on the experience as being "fantastic." "It's very personal to have that kind of experience with someone," he said. Timberlake, not limited to the stage or just one genre, admitted that he is serious about pursuing acting roles. "I think pop culture has done a number on creativity because for me to make that statement I get that reaction, really? (But) why wouldn't I?" he said. "I have a day job, so this becomes a hobby that I can really plunge into with full creative eagerness." "ALL ACCESS" will also feature Couric's interviews with Lil' Wayne, Katy Perry and Taylor Swift and appearances by the Jonas Brothers, Carrie Underwood, John Legend, Ne-Yo, Metallica and many more. http://www.cbsnews.com/st...mmy2009/main4760505.shtml |
