2) hairline surgery (thin white scar at hairline - seen when hair is pulled back: sliver of skin with hair follicles is removed, and previously shallow low-forehead is enlarged and broadened)
3) Juvaderm filler in cheeks and cheek implants
4) Restylaned upper mouth and lip area creating a more pronounced mouth (lips are too thin to do anything substantial with - however the upper lip area under the nose, is less flat and thin which had grown worse with approaching age
5) Restylane and juvaderm filler in nasal/labial folds which previously were heavy creases (as seen below) represented by deep mouth BRACKETS

PRE RECENT PLASTIC SURGERY as of the 7 pics below: what has been done are a few Rhinoplasties, hairline surgery - a few temp collagen lip injections (which don't help her thin lips hardly at all - but is better than nothing) and major derma work to eradicate wrinkles, forehead furrows and large pores.

Heavily juvadermed, cheek implants (creating heavy ball-ish appearance), slightly asiatic appearance due to the wig/extension lift, last of the rhinoplasties has been done at this point - her nose has been shortened, her chin has been shortened, her jawline softened.
Lips are obvious in this comparison photo, but see jawline, squareness alleviated as well, nose shortened and thinned at bridge.
