she needs to cut that hair and get a more youthful style.
maybe shorten the length a little and get some longer sideswept bangs. she should do something with her skin too. get a chemical peele or something. dam she looks older than 21. |

I think Lindsay's hair looks very nice here; granted it is a bit frizzy, but it still looks pretty to me.
