With the Britney concert...it says general admission. But there are different price points $34-$129 (besides the VIP package). So if we all have to fight for a
seat why would anyone pay $129?

It's probably GA on different levels. If you pay the $129 you can go anywhere on the floor, if you pay $34 you can go anywhere on the upper balcony.
