So I wanted to buy a longboard on Ebay, and most were through this company called tgmskateboards. So I clicked the buy it now for one board, and it said I was in a legal contract to buy it. But then I saw another one that I liked better and was $10 cheaper. So I clicked the buy it now for that one. I went to go pay, and it takes you out of ebay to the tgmskateboard store to pay. Both boards are there, I only want to buy one. I emailed them, asking them to take it off. Do you think they will remove the one board or am I stuck buying both? Should I contact ebay for help? I hardly buy off ebay so I'm not sure what my options are.

You're pretty much SOL unless the seller agrees to take the other one off.

They will probably turn you in for non payment, but it is possible that they will just relist it with no arguments...just depends on how they take it.

You are stuck buying both that is why it's called a contract, it makes you click twice just in case you regret it, i guess you clicked both. Now you can
ask the seller of the first board to take it off, but he'll probably charge you for a listing fee. the seller got charged for what you bought and it is
only fair that you pay their fees for you mistake, the fees are only a few dollars. No need to contact ebay, they won't help you with this one.

Both boards are by tgmskateboards. What happens if I get reported for nonpayment?
