This is my first time making Thanksgiving dinner! I'm trying to make new things. Which would you choose?

They all sound tasty, I don't know how to pick just one!
Does anyone have any good recipes for vegetable side dishes? |

I do an awesome broccoli casserole every year, and it's super simple. It's just frozen broccoli florets that have been heated until they're hot,
velveeta cheese melted into them, and covered with Ritz cracker crumbs mixed with butter and ground black and red pepper, and baked until it's nice and
brown on top. It's seriously my family's favorite side dish.
I also do a cold bean salad as a side dish, and it usually gets snapped up. Two cans of drained shelly beans (the green beans mixed with brown beans), a can of drained wax beans, a can of rinsed red kidney beans, 1 diced sweet onion, 2/3 cup vinegar, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp salt. It's so good, even I eat it, and I HATE beans. |

I voted for the Prosciutto... because I've never had mashed potatoes with meat in them and I think it sounds really interesting.

I chose: Mashed Potatoes with Prosciutto and Parmesan Cheese. Nothing else sounds like anything I would eat.
