I know this is a dumb question but I downloaded Circus and Blackout, and they both have a song named Radar on them...

Circus DOES have a song called Radar. It's the same song, slightly different production. It was suppose to be a single off of Blackout.

The only reason I can justify Radar being on Circus is because they want it as a single.
 I mean, seriously, I LOVE that song, but come on ... there are 17
tracks associated with Circus thus far ... did they really need to give us Radar again?
