I'll tell you the same thing I said in your other post so you can save some time waiting

Admins/Mods can't do anything. That user has no posts. You need to take this up with Yuku. Until they post on this board there is NOTHING a mod/admin can do.

Click report the user and chose from the drop down menu what you feel fits your situation. Also go to the yuku help forums and find out how to fill out a legal ticket. They might be the ones that are able to help. They might not. You'll have to tell them the story and they'll let you know if there is anything they can do for you.
