I never vote, but I thought there was a fee by phone. I know you can vote online for free.

I always thought it was landline's are toll free.. but you pay on cell. Then 99 cents per text.

If you have free nighttime minutes, then I'm assuming it's free for a toll free number even on your cell.
I was so glad Ryan said that it's toll free because a bunch of my friends were bitching that it costs money. |

Free on the phone. Costs to text depending on your plan. Ive been voting from my cell for years and have never gotten charged.
