I'm over at the IMDB board lurking to see if they knew about this and they're calling bullshit on it, just like we are. Someone pointed out the fact
that John isn't in Hell anymore, so how could a deal be made with the CRD to get him back then? And here's a bigger one:
With Lilith on the verge of breaking the final seal, Bobby does the unthinkable and visits the crossroads to make a deal to bring back John Winchester. Armed with Ruby's knife he forces the unwilling deal maker to bring John back. Now, the three Winchester men along with Bobby and Ruby set out to stop the half pint demon once and for all. When Lilith surprises them with a resurrection of her own, Ruby visits the final resting place of Samuel Colt to even the odds. An all out battle ensues, the entire army of demons that was unleashed at the Devil's Gate appears, our little army appears to be defeated until Castiel returns with an army of his own to wage an epic war against evil, but will it be enough to stop Lucifer from joining in? I hope it's not true mainly because I really, really want Ruby to either be bad or just go away or just be both. |

I think I looked it up once and posted it on here...a long time ago. I mean I would assume since they seem to follow a lot of the religious "myths" or whatever you call it that they used that name specifically for a reason. I remember there was some show on ABCfam once...it was called Fallen about this kid who is an offspring of a human and an angel or w/e and one of the characters he comes across is Azazel and in this he was a fallen angel so that's how I first thought of it in regards to this show. AND look at THIS I just read... "Azazel is represented in the Book of Enoch as the leader of the rebellious giants in the time preceding the flood; he taught men the art of warfare, of making swords, knives, shields, and coats of mail, and women the art of deception by ornamenting the body, dyeing the hair, and painting the face and the eyebrows, and also revealed to the people the secrets of witchcraft and corrupted their manners, leading them into wickedness and impurity; until at last he was, at the Lord's command, bound hand and foot by the archangel Raphael and chained to the rough and jagged rocks" Knife..witchcraft....YEAH that is it. YED and Ruby are connected. They have to be. Assuming they are going along with this stuff. He was probably the one who got her into the whole witchcraft thing or something. This would tie into the Meg!demon theory I think too. |

I feel like there's no way that the writers didn't also explore this stuff when they decided to go with the YED being Azazel. Shoot, we didn't find
out his real name for a long, long time. There had to be some thought put into it.

Yeah definitely. I mean I know they take their own twists on things to make it their own, but they do stick to a lot of lore that can be researched. They knew
what they were doing when they called YED by his actual name instead of just "yellow eyes"...I mean they could have called him Frank or something,
but that wouldn't fit in to their scheme!

Ok, so I'm on http://supernatural.warnerbros.com/ cause I've never been there before. It hasn't
been updated since Season 2 but it's got some really cool stuff there. There's a page for Definitions of Terms for each episode and for In My Time of
Dying, I saw this...interesting:

I read yesterday that Kim Kardashian is trying to get her impostors shut down but I'm not sure how successful she is with it. Only thing she can do is have
