What EXACTLY is it? Is it used to stop making your eyeshadow crease? Cause I have that problem....

It sounds like you need eye primer. I work for Bare Escentuals so I'm a little biased, but I really do love both our Prime Time eyes ($16) and Prime Time
foundation ($21).
Eye primer will control the excess oil of your eyelids so your eyeshadow won't crease. The color of the eyeshadow will be more vibrant and last longer. Face primer is used to prep your face for foundation. Basically, it just makes your makeup go on smoother and in most cases last longer. Most of them help control excess oil, minimize the look of pores and fine lines, and smooth over flakey skin. |

UDPP ..even though the packaging sucks...the product is amazing!. Costs around $16 at Sephora.

I know everyone thinks UDPP is the greatest thing since indoor plumbing, but I had a horrible reaction to it.
I'm a fan of MAC Paints, or if you need a quick and really cheap fix, Wet 'n Wild cream shadows. |

I picked up UDPP one day because everyone and their mother raved about it.
I hate it. It did nothing for me. |

L'Oreal De-Crease Eye Shadow Primer works great imo. And it's somewhere between 9 and 11 bucks I believe.
