Hello everyone,
How are you? I've just joined the jjb community though I've been a long time viewer. Below is an excerpt from a fanfic I started starting in 2003 and found again. I've been adding on to it since it's discovery. I am so glad that people are still writing fanfic. Black Diamond is my pen name. The story is slashy(fem and otherwise). Enjoy and comment. Thanks.
The phone rang three times but she ignored it.
"Hey, Kell. It's me, Joey. Just wanted to let you know that I'll be staying over at Chris's for a little while longer." her answering machine picking up the message.
She sank her face beneath the water.
Kelly came up gasping for air, and more aware of the smooth sound of Ella Fitzgerald's airy voice than the dim light of the vanilla scented candles.
She hesitated just before she pulled the plug. Something, no, everything in her didn't want this to end. But sadly it had to. She watched the miniature tornado twist down the drain.
Her left hand reached for the edge of the tub as she pulled herself up, she stared at the ring.
Why had she said 'yes?' Was it for Briahna? No, there were thousands of single mothers raising their children without any help. She didn't need a ring or a piece of paper to raise her daughter. Joey would always be in Bri's life. That was a given. But she knew how she felt without a strong male figure in her life and she's didn't want that for her daughter. Briahna deserved so much more, so much better.

Something the Way She Moves
By Black Diamond
Today, she decided not to take a shower, but to shower the person she loved with love. She started by letting the hot water cascade into the white basin. Her robe became a pool of off-white around her feet. The steam rose above the bubbles as she slid down into it. She closed her eyes imagining gentle touches of soft hands, Christina's hands, caressing her body. A relaxed sigh escaped her lips.
