You are measuring your actions, again, based on 'some people'. You try and pinpoint what 'some people' do, and then as long as you think what you're doing is even the smallest bit 'better', it's the right/moral thing to do? |

No offense, but for you to be using your English major as a reason for you to be this way? I mean, seriously. It's not Rocket Science, Astrophysics,
Philosophy or Political Science, etc (mmm, and many of those majors need elevated vocabulary, too, plus a lot more knowledge--perhaps even more elevated than
yours--OMGWHUT!). It's English!
Edit: And that's not to take away from what you're doing, because it's great you're studying English and learning! But be a little objective here.
