masks on? What is up with that?! There's a Scientology building across the street from my subdivision and I see these protesters sometimes. I just

They wear masks because Scientology hires private detectives to find the identity of and then harass critics. See also Fair Game and Operation Freakout. |

Oops I was kind of wrong about Anonymous. They do more than protest Scientology. I meant to refer to Anonymous's protest against Scientology called Project
Chanology.
And if you read anything about Scientology, you will quickly learn that it shouldn't be considered a religion. |

Well I live very close to them and they have never bothered me. Nobody I know around here has ever been bothered by them so I guess it just doesn't make
sense for me to hate them or whatever

I've seen them at the Scientology center here. They wear masks because the Church of Scientology will follow people home among other things. They don't
want the CoS to know their identities.
