Play by Givenchy
Play, Givenchy's new fragrance for men, is a winner for three reasons.
1) The bottle. Perhaps you think you've seen every shape possible: round, square - even ones shaped like a sailor's torso (merci, Jean Paul Gaultier). But here's a new one for you: it looks like a mobile/iPod hybrid, with "forward", "rewind" buttons, and even a tactile, rubber diffuser which is as addictive to play with as the iPod wheel once was.
But enough of the aesthetics, now for the science. 2) We also like Play because it smells really good. With top and base notes bergamot and men's scent stalwart vetiver respectively, it's lightened by mandarin and pink pepper, so you don't need to douse yourself in it to make a statement. Plus, it definitely gets the girl vote - I've been wearing it all morning and still haven't been put off.
The third reason that we're sold on Play is because its ambassador is none other than former GQ Man Of The Year Justin Timberlake, who is doing his best to bring Sexy Back to the severely overloaded celebrity perfume bandwagon. "I gotta be honest," said JT in his interview in this month's issue of GQ, "I don't wear a fragrance. If you can get me to wear it, it's gonna have to be good. If you can win over a guy who doesn't wear fragrances, it'll be something fresh." And Givenchy has most definitely won - producing Play, which is fresh in fragrance, design and hip celebrity association. Camilla McPhie

Are there videos? Could somebody rip
them?
I'm thinking that some of the pictures will be used for print ads. Hopefully we'll get a commercial or two out of
them as well. That would be fantastic.
Thanks for posting.
