Aw, she looked like she was struggling trying to hold on to him. I really hate how the paparazzi don't give the pregnant celebs any room to move.

She does this all the time when she is with him she acts like she is afraid of the paps but when she is by herself or with Violet, she is smiling at them and
not skitterish.
