Posts: 5399 07/28/2008 12:17 PM Reply Quote More Recent Posts	I'll start by saying I've never even seen a single batman movie, but decided to go with everyone Saturday to see the new one - even some friends who said you'd love if even if you never saw any others. It was ok, but I've seen much better movies... People are talking like this is the best movie ever! lol Heath was very good as the Joker, but man... I don't know. It was loooong, and kind of drawn out. Anyone else? Or am I alone? lol

But then again, if you haven't watched any of the Batmans or know the characters (from movies, tv show, comics, whatever), you're probably not as in awe of the movie as the rest of us. The "long and drawn out" comment that you made, that was what made the movie amazing to me. Just when you thought the movie was over and it was going to spill onto a sequel, it goes on and amazes you with more! Heath's portrayal of a crazy psychotic Joker was brilliant. Very different than Jack Nicholson's Joker in the first movie. I have a feeling that 2-face isn't really dead though...

That is so funny, it was about that time when I kept staring at my cell phone waiting for it to end! Between having to get there early to get a seat (the theatre was packed) and then the freaking 25 minutes of previews, we were there forever it felt like! lol

People have just been used to mediocre films that when a good one comes along it's hailed as the greatest thing since sliced bread. Oh and that Rachel bitch was annoying! Her acting was bad too. I was happy when she was killed off. My fiance laughed when I was like FINALLY! Heath was good. Batman's husky voice made me want to hand him a glass of water.
