There's not a big differnce between Justified and FSLS. But the difference between solo Justin and *NSYNC Justin is huge. HUGE.

I think he sounds kind of the same. He's never had a good voice.
It's fine for what he's asking of it for his music, but it's not like omgamazing. |

His voice was more nasal on Justified - between albums he had an operation for some throat nodules and it seems to have altered his tone slightly.
