I knew Detroit was out of the Rolston race when so many teams were in the running. They didn't have his kind of money to spend. It's a bummer, he lives right near where the Wings have their training camp in MI. Would have been an easy commute! Holland is apparently talking to Sundin and Bertuzzi agents. I really don't want Big Bert back.

I'm glad for him cause he really does deserve to be in the NHL. Yay! I can cheer for the Kings too! But after hearing what I've heard about him here I'm not as excited as I would have been. But I'll give him a chance obviously. I still like him. Now I have two of my favorite d-men on my team. AND THE MOST FAVORITE OF THEM BETTER STAY A RANGER.

Yeah, most of the players signed today do not warrant the amount they were signed for. It's insane. And because this needs to be shared, here's a funny made by a NYR blog writer concerning Tampa's signing spree: The Lightning have now also signed Adam Hall, and may be moving in on Olaf Kolzig. I love the Lightning's new owners. It's like they're all playing Sega hockey, only with real people.

There is no need to write him off just this instant. Plus, we finally got a guy who can QB the PP. So who the hell knows what will happen. And I second the favorite d-man staying as a Ranger. And to make matters worse, if he stays in the NHL, he's rumored to sign with the Penguins.

I'm probably the only Ranger fan who is thrilled about this lol. He's more trouble than he's worth. I don't understand why Dallas would sign him though. Don't they already have an agitator/pest in Ott? And what the hell, Detroit? Did they really need Hossa? That signing really did come out of left field.
