I am! I've only lost 1lb so far, day 5. What side effects do you have?

I don't know how much i've lost but I went from a size 9/10/11 to a 7 and some 5's! My stomach is a lot flatter and my waist shrunk.
No side effects, well the one I woud say would be when I eat something that is FULL of fat or whatnot it makes me go potty to get it out of my system. That's rare though. |

I run 20 minutes a day and weight train 2 times a week. I've had some side effects....like chest pressure. It also seriously fucks my stomach up. I
haven't really changed my eating habits - but I ate pretty healthy to begin with. This pill just stops my snacking.

I haven't changed anything about myself in the last 3 days, so I'll have to see how I feel or what my results would be within the next two weeks. |

Yeah, I get a queazy(sp?) feeling when I eat something not good for me. I had a rootbeer float a few weeks ago and I felt sick.
It's not even bad though, my body is just rejecting things that shouldn't be put in my body. |

I've lost 15 pounds in the last month or so,with diet and exercise. I've been stuck at the same weight for the last week or so but I've been sick
and have only went to the gym once (as opposed to my normal 4/5 times a week)
Only side effect I have is potty time after pretty much every meal except for breakfast. |

Yeah, I get that too nsync4hrt. I don't have any complaints about this product. Even after my mom saw how much I lost, she's now it as well.

Amy Via Hiptop wrote: It's weird that you say that because I've been having such bad chest pressure for most of today. I've never had it in my month+ of taking the
pills, and I was really upset/crying earlier today so I thought that may be it? Or is that kind of a common side effect of taking the pills?

Nope, no chest pressure here. Where'd you get your pills?

Well, I was reading up on the pill on a couple other sites and a few people were saying they had chest pressure when taking this pill. I'm not sure what
it's from. That's the only real side effect I've had, well, I had a headache the first couple days of taking the pill but I think that was from
dehydration.

I don't think I'd keep taking it if I was having chest pressure. That's just me though, but I'm curious, why ARE you still taking it if
you're having pressure in your chest?

Hm, I haven't had anything close to that. I just wonder if since sites are selling different pills that they all carry different symptoms. Where do yours
off of?

Weird. I've never had it before so I'm hoping it's just because I was upset earlier, but if it's still around tomorrow I probably won't
take the pills, just to be sure.
