You know what sucks more than working on a Sunday? Working at 5 am on a Sunday. My day was awesome!

I think I would rather work at 5am and get it over with than sit around here with one or four calls an hour...and every call is about the same thing

Agreed. I have 10 more minutes and I'm dying. The worst is that on Sunday's 99.9% of the office is not working, so if I need assistence from another
department it takes 10,000 years for them to get back to me if at all.

I'm a cashier at a grocery store. Normally I work the service desk, but they scheduled me on lane today and we are ALWAYS shorthanded on Sundays. But I
don't go to church/do anything with family on Sundays so I'd rather be earning money.

I feel you, I've worked every other weekend for 5+ years now. Part of the 'perks' of being a nursing assistant, I suppose.
 Its been a blessing in disguise for me while I've been going to
school, though, because working weekends enables me to have days off during the week so I can go to class.

We're always open no matter what...other offices can have emergency close downs but ours! Kinda sucks!
