Apparently their fashion lines aren't good enough! Christian told Life & Style, "It's really sad that if I didn't win Project Runway, I probably wouldn't have the sponsors I have now. I would have never been able to do what they have done because they all have disposable income, and yet their work still isn't that great! I mean, it's fun and flirty and young, but they're not innovators. None of them will ever be an innovative designer. Buyers and editors are looking for longevity, and hopefully they will see that in me." Just Jared

That is HUGE in the fashion world. What has Lauren done? Teen Vogue and some classes at FIDM? LMAO. Not even comparable. Not just this comment. He's made other statements that just come off as bitchy to me. Like I said, Lauren sucks. But if they are so below his radar, why even comment. Let them be. They are no competition to him.

That's the point he's trying to make. If he didn't have the show to push his career, even with all of his talent and back round he wouldn't have half of the sponsors or deals he has now.
